What is a School Accountability Committee?

A School Accountability Committee serves as a community organization for accountability in the district. The primary role of the SAC is making recommendations about school improvement plans and spending priorities, and their implementation and evaluation. For more information on School Accountability Committees and the legislation backing them, please refer to Colorado PTA - School Accountability.

When do we meet?

Our School Accountability Committee meets the second Monday most months during the school year (September through April). Meetings run from 2:35 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. in the school library. All meetings are open; parents are encouraged to attend to learn more about the role of school accountability committees.
