Archie the Therapy Dog

Archie the therapy dogArchie is a fully-trained therapy dog that works with counselor Dan Keane. His blue vest means "yes, you can pet me if you want". A different kind of working dog, service dogs, wear a red vest or harness that indicates that they are working and not to be petted.

The letter linked below was sent to families at the start of the 2019-2020 school year to provide information on the benefits of therapy dogs and the differences between the work done by service dogs and therapy dogs.

If you have any concerns or questions regarding the working dogs on our campus, please email Mr. Keane or Mrs. Halingstad with the subject line "School Dog".
