8th Grade Continuation

Illustration of a certificate, a camera, and a cupcake. We invite our eighth grade families to join us in recognizing our eighth grade students on Thursday, May 26, 2022. The Continuation ceremony will begin in the gymnasium at 5:15 pm. Following the ceremony, a celebration just for students will take place from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm.

We have attire guidelines below for families to help their students make choices for celebratory wear that will photograph well and avoid wardrobe malfunctions.

A signed permission slip is required to attend the celebration. It may be returned to your Advise teacher or brought with you to the event.

Volunteer and donation opportunities are available for all West Jeff Middle families that want to contribute funds, goods, or time to help the event go smoothly.

2021 8th grade Continuation Ceremony

In order to have a ceremony within scheduling and logistical constraints on an early release day, our school held a student-centered Continuation assembly and celebrated them throughout the day on May 27, 2021. Our PTA provided gift bags for each student as we celebrated their end of middle school.

The WJMS PTA thanks the following businesses for their contributions to the gift bags: Happy Llama, Inc., the Conifer Dutch Bros Coffee, the Aspen Park King Soopers, Mac Nation Cafe, and the Conifer Wendy's.
