Hello, West Jeff Middle families. For the next few weeks, you will be receiving additional communication regarding our state testing, CMAS (Colorado Measure of Academic Standards). We wanted to share the schedules with you, and let you know what this will look like for your students.
March 26 - In Advise, students will receive slips that let them know where their testing locations will be. Students will then have a chance to go to these locations.
March 27 - In Advise, students will meet in their testing locations, go over seating charts, and check their Chromebooks to make sure that they are ready for testing.
April 2 - 4: Math and ELA/Literacy, Extended Time ELA, 12:45 PM early release for all students
April 2, 3, 4 - Students will take the CMAS test. Lunch will be served, and we will have an early dismissal on all three days (April 2, 3, 4) with dismissal at 12:45 pm. Buses will be running at 12:45 pm.
Here is the basic schedule for April 2, 3, 4. Please note that students with extended time will only be taking the ELA test.
