youth-friendly activities and organizations (e.g. sports activities or other extracurricular activities) with business manager Julie Barrett for possible inclusion on this page.
Events
Third Saturday of every month: VFW Post 12009 Monthly Breakfast at Beaver Ranch, Conifer Community Park - all you can eat homemade breakfast served from 7:30 to 11:30 to benefit services for our area veterans.
Last Saturday in February: 285 Winterfest, a free festival featuring a snow tubing competition, snowman carving competition, and a family movie at StageDoor Theatre.
Mid-March: Conifer Rotary St. Patrick's Day Party, a dinner event with live music and a silent auction (Conifer Rotary sponsors our Interact Club).
Late April: Mountain Area Home and Garden Show, which benefits community organizations through grants disbursed by the Evergreen and Conifer Rotary Foundations.
Last weekend in July: Elevation Celebration, a free festival with music, vendors, food, games, and more; it includes the the Elevation Run/Walk, which benefits the Conifer Lobos Unified Boosters and Conifer Community Trails.
Late August: Conifer Rotary Conifer Fest music festival at Beaver Ranch Park
Late September: Conifer OctoBEERfest, which benefits Conifer High School DECA.
Early November: Conifer Newcomers and Neighbors Holiday Boutique, which benefits community organizations through grants.
First weekend in December: Christmas in Conifer parade and festivities.

DEC Tech - Colorado School of Mines offers four-week long programs in STEM topics; Discover Tech for girls in grades 3-6, and Explore Tech for 7th and 8th grade girls.

Theatre
StageDoor - StageDoor's Junior Company (6th-8th grade) will have a production of Mary Poppins Jr. in fall 2023, and a production TBA in spring 2024.
The Venue - Venue's Middle School Company will have a production of School House Rock Live! Jr. in fall 2023 and Annie Jr. in spring 2024.

Girl Scouts of the USA
Cadettes are the Girl Scout program level for girls in 6th through 8th grade. Jefferson County 4-H groups in the Conifer area include the Pleasant Park Shooting Stars and Traildusters.
Park County 4-H groups that meet in Bailey include Hamburger Helpers, Hooves Paws N'More, and Mountain Masters.
