We hope you make great memories over summer break!

Good evening, West Jeff Middle families. This is your Weekly Wednesday Update for May 23, 2018.

Early release May 24th

Tomorrow, May 24th, is an early release day for our 6th and 7th grade students. School dismisses at 11:50 am and there are no lunch services.

Summer Office Hours

Our summer office hours are 7:00 am to 2:00 pm through June 13th. The office will be closed June 14th through July 11th. Summer office hours resume on July 12th and we return to regular office hours of 7:00 am to 3:30 pm on August 8th.

Library books due

We still have a few books that haven't found their way back! There is a list of student names with outstanding library items posted on the the library window and assistance in determining what items a student has checked out is available. If a book is lost or has sustained non-repairable damage (e.g., fell in the bath, chewed on by jackalopes) please let the library staff know and we can issue a statement for you to settle the replacement cost with the financial secretary.

Lost and Found

Lost and Found is out of control again. Please come by school to claim your students' lost jackets, lunch boxes, water bottles, books and much more! All unclaimed items will either be donated to Mountain Resource Center or thrown into the trash.

Yearbook Etiquette

Students that have purchased yearbooks will receive them on May 23rd (eighth grade) and 24th (sixth and seventh grades). Advise teachers are reviewing some basic signing manners with our students:
